The first weekend of this month saw the second Kuruma Factory charity drive.

After the success of last years charity drive for Crohn's and Colitis Uk we decided that this years event would see money raise for the Cancer 52 charity.
In the modern day we have all sadly been effected by the dreaded 'C' and this is no different for our family, friends and even customers! Cancer52 is an alliance of over 100 organisations working to address inequality and improve outcomes for patients with rare and less common cancers so if we could make even a small difference then it was worthwhile organising the day.

The days weather was kind to us again this year which made the days end at the Cheddar Gorge even more stunning. A route of just over 100 miles saw us start at Milton Park, Milton with the new Harley Davidson buildings providing a nice back drop for a few photos before making our way to the next stop. We proceeded to make our way to Thruxton circuit who were holding a skid pan day which we were welcomed to have a little watch of along with a stop at the cafe for a drink and a snack.

After our next leg of the journey we stopped at a large Asda so we could grab a drink and some lunch in my case, signal was a little sparse here so we made a little detour to a new build housing estate before turning around and making our way back to our planned route.

Our arrival at the Cheddar Gorge had us drive from the top to the bottom where we were treated to stunning views and the local Goats that casually roam the gorge without a care in the world.

There is still a little time left to make a donation if you choose to do so at the following link but we've already been blown away by the generosity shown! https://www.justgiving.com/page/wayne-lovelock-2?utm_medium=FR&utm_source=CL
